I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don't even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child – our own two eyes. All is a miracle.” Thich Nhat Hanh
How often, throughout your day, are you present to the wonder of now?
When you type on your keyboard, are you aware of the sensation of your fingers as they tap the keys? When you're on the phone, do you notice the unique textures of a person's voice? When you're at a meeting, are you tuned into each being that is in attendance?
Life lived from the surface is a tenuous and fleeting affair. How about the deep rhythms that are pulsating all around you . . . within you? Take a moment to notice the wonder of you and the wonder of now. Let the waves of joy and jubilation stream throughout your being and partner with each aspect of your world in a glorious dance.
To be here now, being YOU, is a celebration!
