The habit of apparent reality can be unhooked from by plumbing the depths of your essential nature. In busyness it is difficult to experience. However, it unfolds effortlessly in spaciousness.
As often as possible, throughout your day today, use your breath as a gateway to the spaciousness that is always present. In the spaciousness you will find that nothing is fixed and things are not as they appear. You will notice the movement and more-ness that imbues reality. Life is fluid and flexible.
Sitting in mindfulness, both our bodies and minds can be at peace and totally relaxed.  Meditation is not evasion; it is a serene encounter with reality. Thich Nhat Hanh
As you sink into the spaciousness of silence you notice it's unchanging, evermore nature. It is this primal sourceness which gives rise to the infinite abundance of creation.
Bring this knowing to all of your encounters, notice it when speaking to your children, shopping for groceries, walking or eating. Notice how this awareness shifts it all. It changes how you see, what you feel and how you experience everything.
Know that this engagement makes all the difference. It is how you create everything. It's all here, your being and seeing make it so.
