As we begin the adventure of appreciation the first place to start is with you.

There is nothing that you need to do for your next breath. You're wired for moment to moment regeneration. That's pretty miraculous. Your exhale feeds life and your inhale nourishes you. Feel the wondrous exchange, the perfect orchestration of your physical vehicle.
Your body is made of the elements of mother earth and her elements of air, water and plants fortify your body. Your animating essence is sourced from the infinite intelligence of life, fueling not only your body but also your being.
Next, take a moment to consider your body as a work of art. Imagine that you are a work by your favorite artist. You are a product of a creative genius like Da Vinci, Raphael, or Michelangelo. See yourself on view for all the world to see. Feel the admiration. Experience the awe, wonder and sheer joy that arises from others experiencing you.
