Rhythms and Cycles
As soon as Halloween is over it seems like the rest of the year happens in a rush. In the Northeast there's a chill in the air, we've just moved the clocks back, and our attentions turn to hearth and home.
This is a natural rhythm. As the days grow shorter and darkness nestles us in her cool embrace, we turn within and plant the inner seeds that will blossom in the New Year.
It is a perfect time to still the outer voices and listen to our own inner whispers. Emotions are running high and opinions even higher with the presidential election occurring later this week. We can come together and create the world we want to inhabit.
If you've been in my circle for even a short while you know how I feel about the power of aligned community. Now, more than ever is a time for us to be the light in our own corner of the world. As each one of us dares to come forth, we impact others and shift what's possible.
After a long period of introspection and BIG Shifts, I am active once again in the work that I am passionate about in the world. . . connection, community, and collaboration. This is at the core of everything I offer. It has created massive shifts in my world – and that of my community – and continues to do so.
