Pleasure Transforms the Body

The prophets preach . . . that pleasure, not will-power and coercion, is how you most deeply transform people. Matthew Fox

As a former health club owner, I often noticed how members would miss their ‘workouts' but not their dinner dates. No matter how you slice it, sweating on a bike, didn't have the same draw as dinner and drinks.

Pleasure is pretty compelling, isn't it? When it comes to your body, feeling good is what's most important. Whether it's exercise or trying to change an undesirable habit or pattern, we move more easily when pleasure drives us versus pain.

I know that you are bombarded with hundreds of marketing messages a day that press your body pain buttons. That's only because the specific product on offer positions itself as the solution to your woes.

What body issue or problem, is front and center for you? Is it possible that a daily pleasure practice would move you easily into your body's vibrant potential?

Pleasure is a natural energizer and magnetizes you into a naturally fluid state where shifts happen with ease and grace.

Try it out and let me know what happens.

Pleasure Rocks!
