Operating Outside Truth

Master Your Emotions

Emotional pain is a signal I am operating outside truth. Kim McMillin

There is no reason for emotional melodrama, which is what happens when we don't honestly engage the energy of our ‘feelings' and project our responsibility outward to the ‘perpetrator' of the emotion.

Sometimes it's just a habit that we've picked up, ultimately it's an unwillingness to BE with the feeling. It's only when we add the level of ‘story' that we step out of truth.

There's an opening and tenderness that arises when you engage your feelings from this raw connection. It deepens the grooves of your sensing and widens your channel for witnessing and understanding. A natural ‘alrightness' surfaces and you come to know that you are not the emotions, or even the feelings, but their movement in YOU always leads you to more.

Open. Feel. Allow the movement!
