No Mind, No Thinking

If you've tried traditional meditation techniques you may have noticed the noisiness of your mind as you attempt to enter a space of inner silence. The incessant inner chatter  can be a distraction from the clarity you seek.

Imagine how much yakety-yak is going on throughout the day, when you're not even tuned into your state of awareness.

In the space of no-mind, truth descends like light. Osho

Today, practice NO THINKING.

As you encounter people, places and situations create the intention to BE WITH and not to judge, compare, remember, describe, etc.

All those beautiful functions of the mind, which have their rightful place, may impede your experience of the present moment.

When you find yourself in the litany of negative inner dialogue engage the ‘no thinking' practice. I'd love to hear how your day unfolds.
