Mind is Time

The mind exists in time, in fact the mind is time; it exists in the past and the future. And remember, time consists of only two tenses, the past and the future. The present is not part of time, the present is part of eternity. Osho

No mind, no thinking, is another transformative technique. Try it . . .

Woohah! it is a doozy when you first start noticing how much chatter and activity is going on. The time honored method is silence, because as soon as you quiet down your external activity you will notice the constant stream of inner activity.

One of the ways to shift from a mental focus to a present focus is to BE in the experience of right now. Play with expanding into a level of hyper awareness, where you sense more than the surface ripples of your five senses. Feel your superconnectedness, notice any knowing or nuance in your right now.

The present is a portal to magical reality. It is a non-ordinary state of being. Unmoor from superficial awareness and take a dive into the pungent presence of now.
