Labels are the constructs that cordon us off from one another. You cannot experience authentic connection with another when you have been cut off by the limiting beliefs running the show.
Notice the breakthroughs that occur when you move beyond the boundaries of race, religion or gender. Notice what happens when you engage another essence to essence, core to core. Union is apparent. There is no separation, no great divide, no you and me, no other.
Today, notice where you are the barrier to true connection. Notice it in the thoughts that arise when you meet someone, the instant judgements that you make, the places where you withhold being who you truly are.
Notice how the letting go of the inner misalignment gives rise to a new being. A being that is fresh and free, wild and wondrous. This freedom that is YOU – not an external concept, or idea – gives rise to the mystical, alivening experience of life.
