Another way to say this is that nonresistance leads to transcendence. You can also say that acceptance transforms the moment. Or, that ‘what is' shifts as you engage the energy of it's potential.
In other words the only way to transform is through full engagement of the energy of now. Got that? It could even be that there is NOTHING to transform, only the Now to experience.
Simple, really. Sometimes not so easy, but it can be. We're the ones that bring difficulty to the equation. You ALWAYS have a CHOICE! and you can always choose AGAIN.
