Daily Shift

A hug is powerful medicine, not only because you feel supported and cared for, but because physical touch is a powerful need for everyone. It’s primary food!

Studies done by the Touch Institute in Miami indicate the positive results of touch, including: enhanced attentiveness, alleviated depressive symptoms, reduced pain, reduced stress hormones, and improved immune function. Touch is good!
