I co-owned a World Gym Fitness Center for 13 years and know intimately the struggles that people have with their bodies … the body parts that aren't quite right, the extra weight in certain places, the inability to move it without pain and more.

Here's what I discovered: move your body with joy. Treating your body like a business plan, with goals and milestones, won't work in the long run. That's an external goal. Your body is wired for joy, pleasure, fun. That's intrinsic, baby.

When you move your body with joy your cells re-orchestrate themselves into their natural state of order. You experience grace, like a youthful body and extraordinary energy. Plus, you'll actually do it because it FEELS good!

Today move your body with joy. It might be dancing, hooping or even a walk in your local park. The form doesn't matter so much, it's the substance of your movement that will stir your body's wisdom to BE here in ALL it's glory.
