You have innate circuitry to connect to other dimensions. Beyond your everyday stream of experience, there are many practices that can lead you to this experience. Meditation, movement, and art are all bridges to different levels of consciousness. They open you to expanded intelligence where you can dialogue.

It doesn't matter whether you connect to sentient plants, alien visitors, or a source force, you have your own grooves that are most meaningful. What IS valuable is that you engage in the practice of fine-tuning and calibrating your capacity to connect. These connections are then readily available to navigate life consciously and creatively.

You've got this!

Fred LaMotte

The purest meditation is to Be, without trying, doing, wanting, or attaining. Simply witness the rainbow mirage that flashes and dissolves, the waves of star-foam that rise and fall, in the ocean of stillness. Watch the little creature called your "mind" wander to the corners of the cosmos like a pin-ball, doing whatever it desires in the unbounded silence you Are. That restless little thing is not you. You are no-thing, effortlessly witnessing.

To behold and wonder is the vast spiritual practice. And there is no act of practicing. Countless galaxies expand and overflow the rim of eternity, yet the deep space beyond the farthest event-horizon is within you, nearer than your heartbeat. Listen to the symphony of distant stars that fills your every particle with omniscience. This is the music of the Vedas, resonating in each atom of your body, where hosts of angels sing in the hollow of a quark.

You don't need to ascend or transcend, because transcendence is the very nature of being awake. Transcendence is the effervescence of your flesh, the bubbling bliss-fire of your physiology. Does Being not pervade both light and darkness, purity and impurity, the cancer cell, the fontanelle, the infinitesimal bindhu and the measureless circumference?

Here and now your body encompasses all spheres, whether you recline or sit, stand like a mountain or walk like a cloud. Your breath is the milky way. Your belly is the black hole at the center of time and space.

By not searching for it, find the un-attained state of already Being the embodiment of Christ-consciousness. Then the wisdom of every scripture pours out of your chest as spontaneous laughter. Don't try to grasp any of this. There is nothing to grasp.

If there were an Other who could confirm it, you would not be whole. Simply know at this very moment that the work is finished, perfected, and finally un-done. All knots have been hopelessly untied. The universe is out of control, and completely loose. Now dance, and Be the whirled.

Be the whirled ...

Water, Daniel Nahmod

Rain. Loving it so much after living in the desert since 1983. My new home is located where we have a variety of weather and I am relishing it all. Thinking about that inspired me to look at the dimensions of water in all of nature including our bodies.Water….inorganic, transparent, tasteless, odorless and nearly colorless chemical substance. 60% of the human body is water, brain and heart composed of 73%, lungs 83%, skin 64%, muscles and kidneys 70% and bones 31%Quote from the lyrics of Daniel Nahmod’s song, WaterI want to be like water, coming down the mountain into the shadowy canyon from fjord to sea I want to be like water, and uphill no more,I am bound for the seaI’ll let nature take its course, no more thinking that I know where this rivers meant to goI want to be like water, coming down the mountain into the shadowy canyon from fjord to seaI want to be like water, and uphill no more,I am bound for the sea

Water cells in my body speak to me in powerful ways...

When I think of water and its many dimensions, my soul tells me…

The miracle of water in my body and all of nature...

I want to be like water…
