There is nothing that will catapult your evolution like connecting with a like-minded community that shares an aligned intention. You've heard the perennial wisdom before:

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.African Proverb

It's true. I've experienced this in my own life. The same holds true for an online community. I've hosted 32 virtual events and witnessed the astounding shifts that occur. An online community is easy and highly accessible, anywhere, anytime. You can find your kind of people and create an inner circle of your own.If you're lucky enough to have local family and friends that get who you are and honor it, dance in the bliss of it! That is a gift and a blessing. If you're a strange ranger/lone ranger type, highly aware, and allergic to surface fluff it may be a bit more challenging to find your kind of peeps. A superficial connection is quite commonplace in the world-at-large. That doesn't work so well for those tuned in to the deeper stuff. Today's exercise is an opportunity to stretch beyond your comfort zone and create an aligned circle that will help you embody your vision.

Practice

Today, find 2-3 online communities that resonate. Facebook is full of them! Hone in on your top passions and interests and search for communities that are gathering around these topics.

I've posted several Facebook groups that I participate in and highly recommend under the Resources section on Session 8: How to Create Community Around An Aligned Vision. When you are ready, identify people you resonate with (by reading their posts and engaging with comments). Message them to schedule a chat. Connecting and engaging with your circle elicits personal and professional growth. Plus it's fun!
