The wonder in your world lies undiscovered. Why? Because most of the time it escapes your attention. How do you connect with it? Simply notice. Just noticing will shift things. Remember, the observer affects the observed. In witnessing you create movement, even though you may not notice it at first. It takes consistent focus to reap the benefits of noticing. That's what we'll explore in today's daily shift.

Practice

Take several 1-minute awareness breaks throughout the day. For just one minute find a still space and allow your breathing to slow down, tune into the beating of your heart. Close your eyes and notice the sounds that surround you. Notice how your body feels. Bring your full presence into the moment and engage all of your senses. Acknowledge the wonder of being you and being here.Paying close attention to everyday activities will tune you into a different level of experience. Wonder and magic are all around you. Pay attention and it's yours.
