Aligned Movement

Energy Shifts, Energy Shifts II

It's easy to get caught up in the cycle of all the things you have to do and what you need. You may find yourself spinning and twirling and whirling, and actually not going much of anywhere. There are an extraordinary number of distractions that can keep you entertained, but will only serve to sidetrack you from the things that truly call forth your purpose and presence.

What if your actions were an economy of aligned movement? What if your everyday life were sourced from your essence filled purpose?

The things you need in life are those that will help you to fulfill your dominant purpose. Things you may want but not need may lead you aside from that purpose. It is only by making everything serve your main objective that success is attained. Paramahansa Yogananda

Often you can spin your wheels on things and people that don't really contribute to what you are truly about. Do you find yourself living out repetitive themes – the people and landscape change but it's essentially the same story? Are you engaging in habits or ways of being, that keep your light dimmed, just because it may seem easier in the moment?

Easy isn't always best. It may actually wind up costing you in the long run. Choose to live a streamlined life where everything that is you and yours aligns with who you are and what you are here to be. You'll find the ideas and resources arise seamlessly from the bounty of creative energy available once you toss the tolerations.

  1. Thank you so much. I’ve just listened to the replay and it brought forward, as other recent calls have, my tears of truth as I too experience a relationship that has just dropped off me. Clear visions of me painting on canvas in my new home, am moving in a few weeks. Golden butterflies flying from the canvas through the air and fluttering, flying and moving. Being my energy rippling out far and wide. A wonderful sense of freedom, lightness and sparkle. And knowing that all is well. Noticing and imagining new and wonderful people coming in to my life, better aligned with me and my truth, and being thankful and valuing the wonderful people already here in my physical reality. I cry as I at last feel closer than ever to my essence. That is magical. Thank you. Love Sharon.

  2. As a fitness coach for busy entrepeneurial women, your title really caught my eye today Adela.

Alignment runs on multiple tracks. There is internal connection with integrity and authenticity of purpose. And there is also the critical component of physical alignment for multiplying our energy, which is why it is such an important component of fitness and health.

Physical alignment can be a powerful precursor to alignment on more subtle levels. Women can notice when they carry themselves differently, inner transformation can start to occur – work from the outside in AND the inside out together make you unstoppable!

Opening up channels of energy makes us more productive and happy, and translates directly to business success. I’ve seen it over and over again.

    1. Absolutely, Lani. As a personal trainer and previous World Gym franchise owner (in the biz for over 20 years) I know exactly what you’re talking about.

Whether it’s the physical or energetic realms, movement in either ripples into the other. The power of engaging both is extraordinary!

      Thanks for your beautiful articulation.
