Paradox, from the Latin paradoxum,
meaning unbelievable, beyond belief.

Paradox: a statement that is seemingly
contradictory or opposed to common sense
and yet is perhaps true. An opinion or
statement contrary to commonly accepted

Paradox, any person, thing, or situation
exhibiting an apparently contradictory

Though the eye is small, the soul which
sees through it is greater and vaster
than all the things which it perceives.
In fact, it is so great that it includes
all objects, however large or numerous,
within itself. For it is not so much
that you are within the cosmos as that
the cosmos is within you.

Ivy O. Duce

What if paradox is the inevitable inquiry
of trying to experience the limitless
through limited perception?

What if our awareness of reality is
constricted and paradox is a portal to
expanded awareness?

What if paradox is a tool to experience
the reality of ‘Reality'?

Take a deep breath and inhale the paradoxical
nature of here and now . . .

Nothing exists outside of “I”
You don't go anywhere, including ‘within.’
To go within implies that there is a ‘without.’

There is no here, no there.
Just an ALLness to the Now.

All separation of energy is an illusion.
And yet separation is ‘real.’ You have
a body separate from mine. You are over
there and I am over here.

Here, there, everywhere, nowhere.
Reference points to experience
The paradox of now

It is not “good or bad.”
There is no ‘place’ for you to go.
No ‘thing’ for you to do.
You and I will get there
AND we already are there,
and have yet to realize it.

Inhale the all-inclusive,
polarity of your essential nature.

We are separate, and yet we are whole.
There is evil and yet there is only love.
We are visible and invisible.

Experience the absolute nature of
your multi-dimensional, multi-streaming design.
Tune into the different channels,
The broadband sensing of YOU.

We imagine ourselves separate on many levels:
sexes, families, cultures, nations, even worlds.
“Unless and until ignorance is removed and
Knowledge is gained (the Knowledge whereby the
divine life is experienced and lived) everything
pertaining to the spiritual seems paradoxical —
God, whom we do not see, we say is real; and
the world, which we do see, we say is unreal.

In experience, what exists for us does not really
exist; and what does not exist for us, really exists.

We must lose ourselves in order to find ourselves;
thus loss itself is gain. We must die to self to l
ive in God; thus death means life. We must become
completely void inside to be completely possessed
by God; thus complete emptiness means absolute

We must become naked of selfhood by being nothing,
so as to be absorbed in the infinity of God; thus
nothing means Everything”

Meher Baba

Inhale deeply and exhale ‘what is' . .

That which is… isn't.
and that which isn't… is.

Paradoxes exist to cause a shift
in consciousness, from the mundane
to the extraordinary.

Allow the dimension of the unknown
to engage, to merge, to partner,
with the known, the dance of paradox
Experience the weaving, the interplay
of paradox in your world
Conscious . . . unconscious
Feel your mundane perceptions
soar into the limitless expanse
of dynamic awareness

Russel Targ puts it this way, “I believe that
we are neither a “self” nor “not a self,” but
that we are awareness residing as a body.”

We are separate, and yet we are whole…
There is good and evil and yet there is only love.
The “action” and the “actor” are one!

Carl Rogers says, “The curious paradox
is that when I accept myself just as I am,
then I can change.”

Notice that it is in the embracing of
paradox that we move beyond it.
Embrace fear to dissolve fear
Embrace darkness to access light
Embrace pain to access joy

“I have found the paradox that if I love
until it hurts, then there is no hurt, but
only more love.” Mother Teresa

Experience the Paradox of Love.

’Falling in love’ can destroy the freedom
between two people creating a bondage,
making a prison of your precious intent.
’Rising in love’ opens to the flow of love
with freedom and beauty. Each person
has the integrity to stand alone and gives
love without any strings attached. This
kind of love is a paradox. You are together
and yet tremendously alone. Two persons
in love help each other to become more free.
There’s no effort to dominate. Only freedom
and love.

Feel paradox as it winds through your inner
pathways, brandishing its irrepressible fire
upon your conditioned responses

Know that paradox is an expression for
those times in our lives when we come up
against what’s TRUE that our programmed
mind has yet to embrace.

Neils Bohr said: “How wonderful that we
have met with a paradox. Now we have
some hope of making progress.

Paradox transcends intellect
Paradox transcends belief
Paradox transcends experience
It is a call to more . . .

It is a beacon of light on the tempest tossed
seas of our inner landscape
It is a spark of life wrapped in luminous potential

“The most exquisite paradox… as soon as you
give it all up, you can have it all. As long as you
want power, you can't have it. The minute you
don't want power, you'll have more than you ever
dreamed possible.” Ram Dass

Experience the paradox of spiritual seeking.

This realization is based on my own
experience of spiritual seeking of over
30 years, from Wayne Dyer to Caroline
Myss, from Gangaji to Osho’s center in India:

“It is in the letting go of the need for ritual,
tradition, ceremony and even formal prayer
that my access to the divine suddenly graced
my being. All are useful tools and yet the
more I insisted on the tools as the means
to access my connection to ‘God’ or ‘All That
Is,” the more separation I experienced and
the more Oneness eluded me.

Releasing the tools involved remembering
more of who I AM, staying in the present
moment with awareness and embracing
whatever comes as part of the path to
remembering even more of who I AM.”

Or as Oscar Wilde puts it: “The way of
paradoxes is the way of truth.”

Let go of the need to find “the truth”
Let truth find you.

Consciousness is here, everywhere,
in every perspective. That's true.
Everything else is open to interpretation.
Everything else appears and disappears
Everything else is an illusion, in the stream of life.
Thoughts, concepts, words, events, places,
people, things, planets… it's all illusion.
It appears and disappears.

If it has a beginning and it has an end.
It is the come and the go of energy.
Consciousness is here, everywhere,
in every perspective. That's true.

Truth is a paradox.
Paradox is True.
YOU are a True Paradox.

“I believe in everything; nothing is sacred,
I believe in nothing; everything is sacred…
Ha Ha Ho Ho Hee Hee” Tom Robbins

What if paradox is a tool to shift quantum awareness
From “either, or” to “both, and”

Feel the energy of paradox arising within you…
Sense the energy of paradox arising within you…
Know the energy of paradox arising within you…

Yes . . . And . . .
Yes . . . And . . .
Yes . . . And. . .

I am fear AND I am love
I am darkness AND I am light
I am separate AND I am one
I am a body AND I am infinite energy

I am . . . AND
I am . . . AND
I am . . . AND

Relish the paradox
Revel in the paradox
Reveal yourself in the paradox
