You Can’t Lose What Isn’t Yours

If fear has become as comfortable as a well worn pair of slippers, it may be difficult to separate yourself from it. You might notice the fear, but you are not necessarily moved to do anything about it. You may even find the familiarity of it comforting it's almost impossible to release it.
