15 Songs to Harness Happiness and Unleash Gratitude

musicvoiceofthesoul-400x201Everybody runs into ho hum days from time to time. That's when you get to dip into your bag of tricks and tap into the energy of lightness, movement and joy that is always available.

Music has the capacity to shift moods for most of us. Think of a time when you were sad and went on to play sad and melancholic songs, didn't your sadness increase? Energy flows where focus goes, so shift your focus.

Of course, there are times when you need to acknowledge what is occurring in your world. Do that, but don't hold on to it. The present moment is where everything is possible, and music can help you come alive right now.

I've consulted with my community and pulled out some of my fave tunes and share them below. Please post your own happy making songs in the comments below. Enjoy! Be Happy!
